Step 1: Glossary Creation
Create the project-specific glossary and get client confirmation.

Step 2: GUI Translation
Use CAT tools to translate UI files.

Step 3: Trans Approval
Submit the UI translation to get client approval.

Step 4: GUI Debug
Check the layout of user interface in target languages and fix accordingly, including look and feel adjustment, linguistic checking and box resizing etc.

Step 5: Generate EXE
The application will be compiled by the client to generate .exe file.

Step 6: Product Testing
Implement the functional testing against the test plan and submit the test report for client further fix.

Step 7: Screenshoting
In localized application, capture the needed screens to be used in manuals.

For WebWork compilation
Step 8: Manual Trans
Use Trados etc. tools to translate the documents, and keep good consistent with online help and GUI in terms.

Step 9: Manual DTP
Arrange manual typesetting using special DTP applications.

Step 10: Manual Checking
Print PDF. Implement linguistic and layout checking. Deliver the DTPed files for client checking, then make revisions until final approval.

Step 11: Help Compilation
Use special tools to compile the online help files based on the client requirements.

Step 12: .chm Checking
Make careful checking on compiled .chm files, including layout and linguistic checking.

Step 13: .chm Approval
Deliver the .chm files for client checking and make revisions until final approval.

Step 14: Final Delivery
Deliver the final DTPed files as required.

For RoboHelp Compilation
Step 8: Help Trans
Use TagEditor etc. tools to process and translate help files.

Step 9: Help Approval
Send help translation for client approval.

Step 10: Help Compilation
Use special tools to compile the online help files based on the client requirements.
